Orders place through Speedcult Officially Licensed are shipped via the United States Post Office. We ship to addresses through out the United States. In most cases you will be offered USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Express Mail services.
We also ship internationally. However, our contracts with our licensors vary and not all products can go to all countries. During the check out process, if there are items in your cart that we are unable to ship to, a warning will post at the top of the page in red alerting you to the issue. If we can ship the products in your cart, then, depending upon the size and weight, international customers will be offered USPS First Class International and/or USPS Priority International services. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Any VAT, custom, duties or fees are paid by the customer. Items purchased to be shipped to countries Speedcult is not licensed to sell to, will be refunded.
Speedcult Officially Licensed gets real-time shipping rates from the post office based upon the size and weight of your items, and based upon your location. Until the shopping cart has basic information about your country and postal information, it will not return a shipping rate. Please input correct shipping information requested.
Most orders should ship within one or two business days of it being placed. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday, on Saturday, or Sunday will not be shipped before its next business day, which is normally Monday, unless it happens to be holiday. Then, well… You know. Because we make what we sell, it is rare for us to be out of stock, but things can happen. If there should be a delay, we will let you know the estimated time so you can decide upon waiting or cancelling.
The delivery estimated times of arrival provided by the USPS for USPS Priority mail are based upon when the USPS takes possession of your package. When Speedcult Officially Licensed ships a package, it is typically picked up, and in the possession of the USPS the next business day after we physically fill your order and process your shipment. The USPS Priority Mail estimates are not to be taken as a guarantee that your package will be delivered in that time estimate.
