The Cougar brand was put on many different vehicles that were produced by the Mercury division of Ford from 1999 to 2002.

There may be heat marks from the cutting of a piece. Our mild steel is stored outdoors in the weather and it changes over time. So it’s always possible there could be mild surface rust. And if there are blemishes, marks or indentations, those are left in the steel.
We do cut this logo from mild steel that is a little thicker than 1/8 inch thick.
