Description
The Chevrolet Bowtie has been around in one form or another since about 1913 when William Durant first introduced it. There are many incarnations of this classic emblem and the one offered here is from 1975, which we cut from mild steel a little thicker than 1/8 inch.
The picture for this cutout is for general purposes only and no two pieces will look exactly the same. If you like shiny, polished pieces, this cutout does not have a shiny, polished surface. Our steel blanks are stored outdoors in the weather and change over time. So it is not unusual for there to be some sort of distress to the metal’s surface, such as: heat marks from the cutting process, mild surface rust, other blemishes, marks, scratches or indentations. Elements that distress the metal just add to the character of the piece.
