This Corvair 1962 logo metal cutout was proudly worn by the vehicle that was designed to compete with the VW. It even had one of them there fancy, air-cooled, rear mounted engines.
The Corvair name is synonymous with Ralph Nader and his book ‘Unsafe at Any Speed.’ It did have its problems. But it also had features that made it safer than other cars. And this make still has its fans. If you are one, this metal cutout will look great on your man cave or garage wall of honor. We cut this logo from mild steel that is about 1/8-inch thick.
